Shipping policy

We offer FREE Shipping for all Australian orders over $120.

Express shipping within Australia is available from AUD $9.95.

Express shipping for all other countries is available from AUD $25.

Please note the customer is liable to pay for any taxes. Any international customs tax, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as STRICKLAND WEAR only charge for the product and transportation. Please make enquiries at your country’s customs office as appropriate.

GST is included in all prices on our website for Australian customers.

Orders are shipped from Melbourne Australia as soon as possible after an order is placed and payment is received.

Express Post is our fastest delivery service, and Express items are being prioritised for delivery. Some delivery delays can be expected due to the current Covid - 19 pandemic and the impact this has had to the Australia Post network. Any delays imposed by Australia Post are beyond our control, and we can not be held responsible for this. However, if an order is delayed by Australia Post, we will do all we can to liaise with them and help resolve any issues.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive notification with tracking details via e-mail.

Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information.

 

Australia

Orders received by 11am Melbourne Time will have a guaranteed next business day delivery to most major cities in Australia.

Where this is not applicable, orders will generally take between 2-5 business days.

 

New Zealand

2-5 business days.

All shipping to NZ is through Australia Post via New Zealand Post.

 

International

Delivery times for international orders can take anywhere between 5-14 business days.

All products are sent brand new. Strickland Wear is not responsible for damaged goods that take place in transit to your delivery address.
